Mission
Titusville Development Corporation has served the Titusville Community for 30 years. Utilizing a varied partner base, we currently facilitate the following programs:
1 : Affordable Housing Development
2 : Food Pantry
3 : Critical Housing Repair (For Seniors and Low Income Families)
4 : Financial literacy
5 : Home Buyers Workshops
6 : Senior Program
7 : Meals on Wheels for Elderly
We believe that in order to revitalize the community, you must give a new lease of life to the people as well. Therefore, we offer programs that address the aforementioned issues that characterize the erosion of the integrity of the community and its residents. Removing blight, increasing housing stock, and empowering residents through financial education are the three main components of what TDC exists to do.
